Refund Policy

At Green Divers Barbados Ltd., we aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to cancellations and refunds. Customers may cancel their booking by emailing us at info@greendiversbarbados.com


Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled dive will receive a full refund, while cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the dive will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the dive, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.

Private charter bookings require a 50% deposit which is non refundable within 14 days of the charter booking date.

If you are unable to participate due to information disclosed on the PADI Medical Questionnaire, you may receive a full refund or credit provided you submit appropriate medical documentation before the scheduled dive.

If sea conditions, weather, or operational or safety concerns require us to cancel a dive, customers may choose either to reschedule at no additional cost or to receive a full refund. Please note that divers who arrive late and miss the boat departure are not eligible for refunds.

For multi-dive packages, if part of the package cannot be completed due to weather or approved medical reasons, any unused dives may be rescheduled or refunded on a pro-rated basis. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us at info@greendiversbarbados.com
