Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Green Divers Barbados Ltd.  By booking with us, you agree to the following: 

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Accurate contact details must be provided.

  • Each diver must complete a Medical Questionnaire and Liability Waiver before participating.

  • If medical clearance is required, documentation must be submitted before the dive.

Diver Requirements

By booking a dive with us, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to dive.

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

  • Certified divers will present valid certification.

  • Any medical conditions will be disclosed honestly.

  • You understand that scuba diving carries inherent risks.

 

Minimum age for participation is 10 years, and minors must have parental consent.

Arrival and Scheduling

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may miss the boat departure and are not eligible for refunds.

 

We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to operational needs or weather conditions.

Weather, Safety & Operational Cancellations

For safety reasons, we may cancel or reschedule a dive due to:

  • Unsafe sea or weather conditions

  • Strong currents

  • Poor visibility

  • Operational or equipment issues

 

If we cancel, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule your dive, or

  • Receive a refund according to our Refund Policy

Behaviour & Conduct

We may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour:

  • Puts themselves or others at risk, or

  • Is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate

 

This includes arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Liability

All divers are required to sign the PADI Diver Medical Questionnaire and Liability Release before participating.


Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados.
