Your Barbados Dive Experience

Diving in Barbados offers clear water, warm temperatures, and calm conditions year-round, making it a great place to dive in any season. The island’s mix of healthy reefs, historic wrecks, and relaxed marine life suits both new and experienced divers, and visibility is consistently good throughout the year.

Green Divers is based directly in the Carlisle Bay Marine Park, one of the best and most accessible dive areas in Barbados. With multiple wrecks, sheltered conditions, and abundant marine life right on our doorstep, we are perfectly positioned to give you straightforward, enjoyable dives without long boat rides or complicated logistics. Our focus is on providing a smooth, organised dive day so you can experience the best of Caribbean diving at its most natural and easygoing.

Barbados Marine Life

Barbados is home to a wide range of marine life, and many species are seen on almost every dive.

Turtles are common around the island and can often be spotted feeding or cruising along the reef. You’ll also find schools of reef fish, rays resting on the sand, moray eels, a variety of macro critters, and colourful sponges and corals.

Several wrecks attract larger fish and create great opportunities for exploration and photography. The diving here is relaxed, natural, and full of life without being overwhelming.

Our Boat - "Out of Air"

'Out of Air' is our 22ft Mako dive boat, designed for safe and comfortable diving.  She has a long history supporting dive shops across the island and is somewhat of a good luck charm!

Fully equipped with oxygen on board, VHF radio, GPS and first aid kit, safety is always a priority.  With secure tank racks, bench seating and a maximum of 8 guests, the boat never feels crowded.

Dive entries are conducted via back roll entry, with our experienced staff assisting guests on and off the boat to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience.

Out of Air is ready and waiting to take you on your next dive trip

Safety & Standards

Safety is built into every part of our operation. We keep small group sizes on every dive and maintain a low instructor-to-student ratio on all courses to ensure personal attention and a relaxed pace.

All of our instructors are MDST certified, and our dive masters have multiple years of experience, bringing solid local knowledge and a calm, professional approach to every dive.

All equipment is maintained to a high standard, and the boat carries the required safety gear, including oxygen, first aid, and communication devices.

We provide clear briefings, monitor conditions, and support every diver throughout the day so you can dive with confidence and enjoy the best of Barbados!

Your Dive Day - What to Expect

A typical dive day is simple and well-paced. We help you set up your gear and transport your equipment to the boat, making the start of your dive relaxed and straightforward.

Clear site and safety briefings are provided before each dive, and we make sure everyone is comfortable and ready before entering the water.

Between dives, you’ll have time to relax on board with water, tea, and light refreshments available.

Full gear rental can be added on to your dive or divers are also welcome to use their own equipment if they prefer. Tanks, weights, and guiding are provided as standard.

We handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying the dives, the scenery, and the experience of being out on the water.
