PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Service Description

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is the perfect way to expand your skills, build confidence, and experience new types of diving. You will complete five adventure dives, including Deep and Underwater Navigation, plus three additional dives of your choice. Training takes place across a mix of reef and wreck sites around Barbados, allowing you to explore deeper dives and develop new abilities while enjoying warm, clear Caribbean conditions. This course is ideal for divers looking to improve their comfort, technique, and underwater awareness. All course prices include PADI eLearning, allowing you to complete the academic portion before you arrive. This course runs over 2-3 days. Simply book your first day, and we’ll be in touch to arrange the additional training days before you arrive. Upon booking, you will receive an email containing a secure payment link for deposit. This deposit is required to confirm your reservation and to provide access to the necessary eLearning materials. Ask us about our Upgrade Discounts available to divers that choose to do the PADI Specialty Certifications (ex Deep Diver, Underwater Navigator, etc) that coordinate with their selected adventure dives. Please note that the PADI Advanced Open Water certification is limited to divers 12 years of age and older. Divers aged 12-14 will earn Junior Advanced Open Water Certifications, with a restriction to 21m (70ft) of depth. Divers 15 years of age and more can reach a maximum depth of 30m (100ft). ** Our Complimentary Refresher Course is mandatory for all divers who have not been diving in over a year. This refresher helps ensure you are comfortable completing essential skills with our equipment and up to date with safe diving practices before your dive. The refresher is offered at no additional cost and will not take away from your dive packages.
