PADI Rescue Diver

Service Description

The PADI Rescue Diver course is often described as the most rewarding and confidence-building program in scuba training. You’ll learn how to recognise, prevent, and manage problems in the water, assist tired or stressed divers, perform effective searches, and handle a range of emergency scenarios. This course combines theory, confined-water skills, and open-water exercises to develop strong rescue techniques in a supportive, realistic environment. You’ll leave the course feeling more aware, capable, and confident in your abilities as a diver. Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary & Secondary Care certification is required to complete Rescue Diver. If you do not already hold a current EFR or equivalent certification, please book EFR at the same time. All Rescue Diver pricing includes PADI eLearning for the rescue theory modules. This course runs over multiple days. Simply book your first day, and we’ll be in touch to arrange the additional training days before you arrive. Upon booking, you will receive an email containing a secure payment link for deposit. This deposit is required to confirm your reservation and to provide access to the necessary eLearning materials. Ask us about our Upgrade Discounts available to divers that choose to do their PADI Master Scuba Diver certification with us after completing Rescue Diver. Divers must be 12 years of age or older. ** Our Complimentary Refresher Course is mandatory for all divers who have not been diving in over a year. This refresher helps ensure you are comfortable completing essential skills with our equipment and up to date with safe diving practices before your dive. The refresher is offered at no additional cost and will not take away from your dive packages.
